Sandusky’s Trusted Kitchen & Bath Experts

Balconi installed quartz countertop for us in our kitchen late last year. The quality of work and professionalism of all their employees was exceptional. We were so happy we had them come back again to do a custom vanity countertop in our bathroom. Thank you Collin, Will and Corey, and the Balconi family!

Recently my son had his kitchen counters replaced by Balconi Kitchen & Bath.
Jesse & Mike exceeded our
expectations. Very impressed with their workmanship, professionalism & friendliness. When they completed the job they hauled away the old counters & thoroughly cleaned up the kitchen!! Jesse went over the proper maintenance of the counters & answered any questions I had. Needless to say we would Highly recommend Balconi Kitchen & Bath🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. In fact I hope to have my own kitchen counters replaced by them in the near future.
Thanks Jesse & Mike

We love our new Marble countertops. Thanks Jeremy!

We are thrilled with our new granite countertops! We can tell they took great care in lining up the pieces of stone to create a nicely hidden seam. The granite was cut perfectly to match our walls and cabinets. The installation crew was extremely professional. The entire process was flawless which was greatly appreciated during the stress of a kitchen remodel! Thank you!!

After dealing with seven months of issues from a big box store installation gone bad (bad measurements, poor workmanship, zero accountability, and being stuck behind an arbitration clause), I was pretty hesitant to trust anyone again.

For context, I actually used to work at the corporate level for one of those companies and sold professionally installed projects like this. After this experience, it’s honestly embarrassing to have ever stood behind that box box corporation.

Working with Balconi was the exact opposite.
Communication was clear, expectations were set properly, and the installation was done right the first time. The crew showed up prepared, protected all surfaces, took their time where it mattered, and treated the job like it actually meant something. No runaround, no passing the buck, just people who take pride in their work. The family involvement in the purchase and planning phases were also greatly appreciated.

The end result looks great, but more importantly, everything fits and functions the way it should, which unfortunately isn’t a given based on my prior experience.

If you’re deciding between a big box store and a local company, I’d strongly recommend going local. There’s a level of care and accountability you just don’t get otherwise.

Extremely happy I chose Balconi and would absolutely recommend them.

The 2 guys that installed my counter tops were very nice. I don't remember their names but they were great. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They covered the floors and left no mess. I couldn't be happier with the work or the cost.

We had a great experience purchasing our granite countertops and sink from Balcony Kitchen and Bath. The quality of the stone is beautiful, the installation was smooth, and the team was professional and easy to work with. Everything was completed as promised, and we’re very happy with the final result. Highly recommend!

We are extremely happy with our new quartz kitchen and vanity tops. Balconi's customer service is top notch.

We found the perfect granite countertops at Balconi’s. We did a complete kitchen remodel and added a whole back wall of cabinets with countertops and added an island along with countertop in our basic stove, cabinets/sink area. Balconi’s were quick and efficient getting it ready for our kitchen and were prompt with delivery and installation also got our undermount sink from them. They did a perfect job and we love our new countertops!! We even found our tile there for the backsplash with a great match to the cabinets. Highly recommend them for your needs.

The 3 gentleman who put in our new countertop and back splash, were very professional and friendly. They were very meticulous in every aspect of installation. Made sure we were happy with the installation before they left.

Every single person in this company is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Excellent quality of work.

Great communication and service

Very easy to
Work with !! Dream kitchen!’😊thank you!!

We recently updated our new house. First, Bret, Jeremy, and Colin helped us to select the perfect flooring that we used to cover almost all of our house. The selection options were amazing and with Bret’s keen eye for style, he helped us to pick the perfect flooring and it looks beautiful!!! The quality of the flooring surely beats what we could have gotten from one of the big box stores. We couldn’t be happier with everything that went into this process. Next, Bret walked me through all of the options for kitchen countertops and gave me all of the pros and cons of every type of countertop, he had available, that would be suit our needs. We are so amazed with the quality of work to cut and install exactly what we wanted for our kitchen. If quality is a concern for you, then the men at Balconi Monuments are at the top of the list!!

We had a flood at our Port Clinton property and our contractor recommended Balconi Monuments to help us with our remodeling . We worked with Jeremy and Chad and they helped us pick out our cabinets, granite, luxury vinyl flooring and backsplash. We were very pleased with all of the products we purchased through Balconi. Balconi had many great selections to choose from at their store. The gentlemen that delivered the granite and installed it were very professional and did a great job. We are so happy with our new kitchen and flooring. Thanks to all the Balconi staff who helped us. The Lehman’s

I had the best experience working with Kim creating my father's monument..She very creative thoughtful and very knowledgeable I can’t say enough about her and the company my fathers monument is absolutely stunning thank you so very much to the whole staff that helped put this masterpiece together

I was blown away by the incredible work they did on my countertops. I was building a custom home down in Columbus and had countless problems with the prearranged fabricators through my builder. I had seen a lot of Balconi’s work on facebook and was impressed. I reached out to them on a whim since they were quite the distance away but surprisingly they were willing to take on the job. From the start of working with them, communication was clear and they continually went above and beyond to get exactly what I wanted. Once the templates were made they sent me images for approval so I knew exactly how it was going to look and had time to make changes if desired. They were even willing to cut the slab for my master bath at a diagonal in order to get the majority of the veining. When it came to my basement, I was hopeful to have my bar island be one solid piece. Although it was going to be very difficult they were committed to giving it a try and scheduled extra men to be present at delivery to make it happen. This was something no other fabricator was willing to even try and yet Balconi made it happen! They were nothing but professional and kind. I would recommend Balconi to anyone and everyone that is looking to put new countertops in their home.
